My working life got underway when I followed my family to Hong Kong after finishing my education in England. I began as a junior sports reporter on the South China Morning Post newspaper, covering the famous Hong Kong Rugby Sevens and other major sporing events. I then became a Feature Writer, Diary Columnist, Film Critic and Entertainment Writer. I also fronted a weekly entertainment show on English-language channel TVB for whom I hosted live coverage of the Oscars. From a working life involving movie junkets in Los Angeles and Tokyo as well as interviews with the likes of Arnold Schwarzenegger and Jackie Chan, I then returned to sport. I learned the ropes as an assistant producer with the World Sport Group and also began to present and commentate on sport on TV.

I am in my seventh season with the Premier League's

24/7 HD Content Service available to licensees worldwide.

My Matchday Live and Football Today shows are seen in some

100 countries globally. Since 2010 I have worked with

Premier League Productions, hosting Premier

League matches from our state-of-the-art studios in

London, commentating on the "Goal Rush" multi-game

format and interviewing players and managers. I have

worked alongside guests such as Rio Ferdinand,

Peter Schmeichel, Andy Townsend, Michael

Owen, Roy Keane, Roberto Martinez,

Phil Neville and many more. I also

specialise in long-form interviews

with players and managers, having

interviewed Ryan Giggs, Rio Ferdinand,

Harry Redknapp, Roberto Mancini, Manuel Pellegrini in

recent seasons. I also hosted the World Feed coverage of

the 2011, 2013 and 2015 editions of the Barclays Asia

Trophy, handling both TV coverage and promotional

event hosting.
